These are not our headline services and we will not pretend otherwise. They are the jobs homeowners keep asking us about once we are already on site, and it is cheaper for you to have one company do them than to book separate trades for each.
Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior window cleaning for houses and townhomes across Metro Vancouver. Frames, sills and tracks included, not just the glass. Most homeowners book this alongside a gutter clear in the autumn or a pressure wash in the spring, since we are already set up with ladders on the property.
Deck, Fence and Siding Staining
Cleaning, preparation and refinishing for exterior wood and painted surfaces. Vancouver weather is hard on a deck, and most of them need attention every few years. We prep properly rather than coating over grey, weathered wood, because a stain over an unprepared surface will lift within a season.
General Handyman and Property Maintenance
The small jobs that never quite justify calling a specialist. Minor repairs, fixture swaps, exterior touch-ups and general maintenance around the property. If a job is genuinely outside what we do, or it needs a licensed trade, we will tell you straight and point you to someone who does it properly.
One Point of Contact

We Tell You What We Cannot Do

Do you do window cleaning as a standalone job, or only as an add-on?
Both, though the pricing is different. As an add-on to a roof, gutter or pressure washing visit it is considerably cheaper, because the crew and the equipment are already on your property and the setup cost is already covered. As a standalone booking it is priced on its own, which is fair but it is not the best value we can offer you. If you are thinking about windows, it is worth asking whether anything else on the property is due at the same time. Devin will tell you honestly if it can wait.
What kind of handyman work do you actually take on?
Small, practical jobs around the property. Minor repairs, fixture and fitting swaps, exterior touch-ups, and the general maintenance that piles up and never quite justifies its own call-out. What we do not do is anything requiring a licensed trade, which means no electrical, no plumbing and no gas work, and no structural work. We also do not take on full roof replacement or reshingling, which we refer to a roofer we trust. If your job falls outside our scope we will say so on the spot rather than taking it on and learning on your property.
Can you stain my deck at the same time as the pressure washing?
Usually not on the same day, and that is a good thing. Wood needs to dry properly after cleaning before anything goes on it, and how long that takes depends on the weather and the condition of the boards. Coating a deck that is still holding moisture is how you get a finish that lifts and peels within a season. What we normally do is clean the deck during the main visit, then come back once it has dried out properly to prep and refinish. Devin will give you both parts on the quote so you can see the full cost up front.
Does taking on these extras mean the roof work gets less attention?
No. Moss removal, roof restoration, gutter cleaning and pressure washing are what this business does and what most of our week is spent on. These additional services exist because we are already on properties and homeowners keep asking. They are scheduled around the core work, never at the expense of it, and the same crew and the same standard applies either way.
